Traplet Publications publish a range of ten other modelling magazines and four craft titles, as well as a wide range of related books, DVDs, clothing and plans and parts. With the head office in the UK, it is supported by three further offices in the US, Australia and South Africa. Traplet will be celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2011, so there will be lots of news, events and offers taking place. Joining the team at Traplet will be the new editor of Model Tractor magazine, Martin Rickatson. Martin is a freelance agricultural writer who was formerly deputy editor of the 'full size' machinery magazine Profi International. As well as editing your favourite magazine, Martin’s business interests include writing articles, manuals and brochures on farm equipment for farming magazines and machinery manufacturers. Martin's mainly 1/32nd model collection occupies a large part of his home office, with obsolete 1970s/80s tractors and machinery of all makes his main interest.
